Fotgot password, and email isn't working, recovery form giving error 403

  Hi,

  My girlfriend wants to get her very old blog offline. Although she forgot login information and her old email address doesn’t work anymore. The recovery form isn’t working. I am getting error 403 from ngnix when trying to submit the form.

  Could someone help me out here?
