Fotoalbums as in Live Spaces

  Hi,
  I have (had to) change my blog from Live Spaces. The transfer of data went fine, but I am struggling with the upload of my photos. Let me add that where I live the internet connection is VERY slow and it is difficult for me to play around with this new blog, it is even difficulr for me to browse the forum and the support pages as web pages need ages to build up.
  What I had in live spaces, and what I would like to have in my wordpress blog, are monthly photoalbums: January 2000, February 2000, and so on. Just the way I could do it in live spaces in the photo section of the blog. I could just add any new album I wished and upload endless numbers of pictures.
  Is this also possible with wordpress? If not, I will move my blog somewhere else, as this feature is very important for me.

  It is NOT possible at WordPress.com. WordPress only shows photos that are IN posts.

  I recommend you use Flickr.com for this. It’s the best photo site I know of, and you can set your copyright each image easily. You can also embed any of your own Flickr photos into your blog here automatically.

  thanks for the reply. I will check out the Flickr option and then see what I will do. I just my internet access were not sooooo slow.
