Fotter not showing in my ocean wp theme oney header will appear to me

    i want add footer to my website using WordPres widget but my footer is not appearing (my theme is – ocean wp Maria) I add links and content to my footer arear 1 and 2 but it’s not appear I also set columns Appearance > Customize > Footer WIdget but it won’t work I enable the option in customisation option edit it but it not showing on my website finally how I enable my footer option (1,2,3,4) it’s showing to me the locked icon shown to me in “Appearance > widget” area in “ocean wp theme” I want to unlock then show in my website
