Found a blog full of copyright infringements and stolen content…

  I just found one cat blog full of copyright infringement. Most articles are copied and same for very professional cat photography. You can take full senteces and asking google and you will find the original content on other websites.

  There is simply everything bitty and stolen. This is pretty naughty.

  I am btw not the rightholder of all the material over there but I do think as a blogger it is my duty to report this person.

  OK but the thing is: “content that infringes your copyright.” It´s not my material and theirfor it seems that I can´t inform wordpress. What to do now? Should I contact all rightholders (websites) so that they do it?

  Just report it. Staff can recognize stolen material.

  When you report the blog – do like you did in your first post here – this Post came from this link – if you have several examples like that it makes it easier for the Terms of Service group to zap a blog if it is all on the table for them to read
