Fourth Attempt: I need to transfer an upgrade

Yesterday, I registered an account with the incorrect email address. I also purchased an upgrade at time of registration. I need an upgrade transfer, please. The initial account was registered to [email retracted]. It does not exist.
I’ve made several attempts to post on your forum with no response. I need help immediately, please. This is a corporate blog. The blog URL is NOT the one listed below. Your form wouldn’t allow me to change it.
