Fradulent site warning

    Good day

    I started a site some time ago, and as far as I knew the site was inactive and or was never published.
    Then the other day someone contacted me via the site (which I cant seem to find, and it also does not come up in the list of ‘my sites’), and now I received a message saying ‘Fraudulent site – please shut down![Bancolombia E2814699] 41.185.64.205 Domain: spekkies.co.za’.
    This email content is as follows:
    Name: RSA Security

    Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Subject: Fraudulent site – please shut down![Bancolombia E2814699] 41.185.64.205 Domain: spekkies.co.za

    Comments:
    Dear Team,
    　
    With respect to the below notice, we would like to inform you that the attack page loads when accessed from a local proxy.
    Bancolombia is located in Colombia – accessing from a different geography, may exhibit a 403 ‘Forbidden’ page.

    Please help me? I am worried that this is a scam? I want to shut down this sight anyway, but I cant seem to find it or access it.
