Frames around images

  When I insert an image into a post it looks fine, but when I resize it a frame appears with the title underneath. I don’t want the frame, but no matter what I do it appears when I resize the picture. Any help?

  That’s the new WP.com formatting. There’s nothing we can do on this end, but do send a report in to staff via your Dashboard Support button. There are a couple of issues with the images and I know they’re tinkering with them, so this might be something they can change for you.

  rrr …. photos are disappearing since the change began, I mean photos that I have previously posted to blogs, and that I have permission to use, i.e., from my contributing editors and their home websites.

  Any suggestions?

  Yes, give us the URL of those images, so we can see if they come up for us or if hotlinking has suddenly been disallowed.
