Frames for pics
-
I have about 20 pics of assorted sizes on my site in a carousel gallery. I would like to have the same framing or backround applied to each pic. Do I do that individually or does there exist a css code I coul use?

Hi, can you point me at the gallery page, if it is live, and if it is not yet public, give me the title and I can view it from your dashboard preview.

You could use CSS for that as long as you can identify a common selector that applies to all the images. If you’d like further help, linking to an example gallery on a demo site from https://en.wordpress.com/themes/ would be a good way to ask for help and also post a bit more detail about what kind of framing and background you’re trying to apply. Without that, it’s hard to guess the CSS that would be needed, but it’s safe to say the change you described is probably possible with one set of code for all the images in a gallery.

I think I might be trying to do something similar: I have a slideshow gallery widget in my sidebar, and I don’t like the round-cornered black background. I’ve been trying to modify the CSS to make the background white, so it doesn’t show up at all, but for the life of me, I can’t find the selector. Any ideas what it is? or how I can find it?
Thank you so much

Hi @eighty4degrees, since you are using a different theme, and since CSS is generally theme specific, can I ask you to create a new thread in the CSS Forum and I’ll watch for it and help you out. Many thanks in advance.
