  I have been a victim of fraud and advised by the police to remove all my online accounts. How do I delete my user account? There is no contact details for WordPress.com to email my concern. This is an urgent matter.

  If you want to permanently delete your site, please first empty it of all the contents by following the guide below:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  and then completely delete it by following the steps outlined here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site. We can’t revert a site deletion for any reason and the site address cannot be reused.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so that only you and people that you have invited can view the site:

  Accounts can’t be deleted – but they can be cleared of all information except for an email address – you might want to clear anything (Gravatar etc.) – the change the password to a long and secure one –

  staff-ozmodiar – can you give the OP some help / guidance on where things re hidden – I don’t have a good guide for that
