My ex boyfriend created a post tge real kelly colonero by kelly colonero. The site was a total
Means of harassment and slander. I went to court and received an injunction against harassment.
He was served tge court order and took down the site. Hoever this is not over. The court stipulates that i be given the ip aaddress and email associated with blog because i am pressing charges against him.
You have chosen to protect [persons named redacted by sl1k] and will not release information. You had no problem letting him post such vile things about me and yet you are protecting him
Your guidelines on abuse ate clear. You should suspend his account and comply with the court order.

I would expect that copies of court papers would need to go to WordPress.com – this is a time for proper legal advice not advice from the Forum. I would expect WordPress.com to have a process in place to deal with this as I doubt this is the first problem site of this nature.

Did you send the court papers ruling you were to be given the IP and email? If they have not seen that and do not have a copy of it, they will most certainly not release anything to you until they do and their lawyers have a chance to look things over.
You need to communicate directly with staff and make certain they have all that paperwork.
