Fraudulent activity via WordPress

    Until recently I had monetized my blog for a recipe subscription I was offering. Months ago I had a card user dispute charges, and I cancelled their subscription membership and removed them from the payment cycle.

    now that same card holder is claiming that charges continued in November and December, and because of the fee’s this is costing me 2/5s of the income I make on the blog itself.

    When I look at my subscriber list, there is no member with the card information matching their subscription. When I contact stripe to get to the bottom of this, they stated that WordPress Initiated the payment, and that there is nothing they can do about it.

    This appears to be a glitch on WordPress’ end that is costing me money, and is one of many on a long laundry list of issues I have had with wordpress in the past year I’ve been on this platform. I need help ASAP.
