fraudulent administrators gaining access to my site and creating links to other websites

    my wordpress site is continually being hacked by fake administrators who are setting up links to other websites mostly for check cashing in other states. Why is this happening and how do I make it stop?

    Hi there, you’re pointing to a site whose first and last post was in 2011. Is the above site at stapletonfoundation.wordpress.com the site you need help with?

    If you by chance are talking about a site using the standalone WP software with 3rd party hosting, you’ll want to head over to the support forums at http://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there you can register one on that page.

    WordPressdotcom (where we are) and standalone WordPress are different entities. You can find out more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
