Fraudulent Billing

    I received notice yesterday that you charged me an upgrade to a ‘premium’ account. I haven’t been on your site in nearly and year and did NOT authorize such a charge. I have disputed the charge with Paypal and am forwarding my complaint to the FCC and my own ATtorney General’s office. Charging people without authorization for no services is illegal!!!

  • Hi @lindamccarrel, we sent a renewal reminder about a month ago (March 8); did you see that? We’d be happy to refund if you don’t want the upgrade anymore, but we do need you to lift the dispute status since we’re unable to refund with a fraud investigation pending.
