  Before talking about fraudulent charges, perhaps it’s better to check those charges at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  I see https://mountainpatriotshepherds.com/ is registered and hosted by wordpress.com – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://mountainpatriotshepherds.com. So those ‘fraudulent charges’ are related to that domain and hosting.
