Fraudulent Claims by WordPress, warning to all

You are incorrect. WordPress changed the domain name, check your records. I was never offered a refund but I demand one now.

What you gave me for $18 was customerservicenow.wordpress.com. Check your records. All of your claims are lies to what actually has occurred. You changed my domain without permission to customerservicenow.org

WordPress continues to fraudulently make claims. I do not make this up and I only wanted what I paid for. If you cant do that, I want a full explanation of all of the problems you have created.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No one can create a charge of any kind unless they go through the steps required to enter the upgrade contract and provide your financial information to do purchase it.

All upgrade history is found here > Dashboard > Store > Upgrades
All billing history is found here > Dashboard > Store > Billing History

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade(s) to cancel the purchase.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

Volunteers can’t help with financial issues. If you wish to contact Financial Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

And if you bought something you did not want, did not read what you bought etc. you should have canceled the registration at once, simple to do, people do it all the time when they make a spelling error, then they register the correct domain name
