Fraudulent website using client's name

  Hi, there is a website hosted on wordpress.com that uses on of our client’s legal entity name. The client, however, does not have anything to do with this site. Furthermore, our client is now being contacted by the relevant authorities because the site mentions some services that the client cannot legally offer.

  How can this site be taken down?
