  The signup form requires that a valid credit card be entered at the time of the trial. I was hoping that @augustajoshua1 would reply and let us know if that solved the issue or not.

  @augustajoshua1 if you still cannot get the trial to work, please let me know where the process fails, any errors you get, or other things that prevent you from signing up. Did you actually register for and pay for a domain at the beginning of the process or submit your credit card for the trial?
