  Hey! I just downloaded the app for iOS and I love it so far. But I’m confused, I have not been asked to enter any form of payment. So far I have access to a lot of tools. These all come for free? If so what do I need to pay for?

  Hosting a website on WordPress.com and using the WordPress mobile app are both completely free, yes, and you don’t need to pay anything. The free plan never expires, so you can continue using WordPress.com for free for as long as you want.

  You only need to pay if you want any of the optional extra features included in our paid plans, for example, to remove ads from your site, use your own domain instead of the free example.wordpress.com address we gave you, or to get access to private live chat and email support.
