  Hi there,

  I want to give WordPress a go but I’m not prepared to commit to a payment plan until I’m sure I can actually use the platform. I never created a website before and as my current website needs updating I thought I’ll try you first before I outsource it. I like the idea of being in control of the content and updating anytime vs what I got at the moment. As I got a website and domain names I don’t wish to purchase a new one or transfer my existing ones with you, until I’m ready to go live on your platform! (Step 2 of your process)

  Is there anyway I can trial your platform without without entering a payment plan or purchasing domain names (that I don’t need) with you??

  Hi christingk,

  We don’t provide trial versions for plans but we do have a 30 day refund period:

  Refund a Purchase

  Plans can be refunded for up to 30 days and we can issue a refund for domains providing they are cancelled within 48 hours of registration — the domain cost would be deducted from the refund after that time.
