  Is their any free analytics plugin which can be integrated with my blog
  http://suryaresidency.wordpress.com/. I am using the Stay theme

  We cannot use plugins on WordPress.com. If you need such a plugin, then you’ll have to find it and move to WordPress.org.

  Did you realize that there are different kinds of WordPress and most of the info you find while searching via Google et al is related to wp.ORG? This forum, and the site you are asking about are hosted for free on wp.COM.
