  i make a account i donnu something. But wordpress say i should spent 13-25/years. is blog not free? i thought like that.

  Well, it’s hard to answer the question if we don’t know what it is. Blogging at WordPress.com is free, but they will try to sell you upgrades like domain mapping, the video upgrade, etc. You don’t have to buy them in order to blog.
