  what happened to the free blogs? (wordpress.com/myblogname) e.g.?

  i don’t want to buy a custom domain yet.

  Hi there,

  You can still create a free site. Go to https://wordpress.com/start/site/ and just follow the steps.

  On the domains step, the free example.wordpress.com address should be listed at the very top of the list of suggested domains, based on the search term you use.
