Free Blog not showing oldest posts
-
Hello. I have a free wordpress blog, https://menutiablog.wordpress.com/. When I am logged in, I can see all the 45 or so posts I have published. But if I am looking at the website itself, on the Blog page, the oldest do not show up. I can click Load More Posts twice, then that is it. My oldest posts aren’t accessible.

We are aware of this issue currently, for now try Infinite Scroll: https://wordpress.com/support/infinite-scroll/

thank you for the quick response, but I just checked and infinite scroll is already on. Based on the article you linked, my free WP must have an active footer that is disrupting the infinite scroll? Is there anything I can do, other than wait for WP to fix it?

Thanks, but unfortunately no change at all. I’ve tried it on, and off, I make sure I am hitting save, I am going to public-facing website on a different browser where I am not logged in, I’ve hit ctrl-F5 about 8 times…

Hi there,
Thanks for clarifying. I see that other site owners have reported this issue, and our engineers are working on a fix. In the meantime, you can enable the default blog page template (included in your theme) so that all your posts are acceptable.
You can do that under the “Homepage settings” tab here: https://wordpress.com/customize/menutiablog.wordpress.com
This is difficult to explain in words, so I recorded a quick video to show you how to enable the standard blog page template.
You can view the at this link: https://d.pr/v/X1F8Hf
Once the issue is fixed, we can let you know here and then you can undo the setting to return the blog page to it’s current appearance instead.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
