  I have a free blog site right now. People are telling that they cannot ‘like’ my blog posts unless without registering and opening their own wp account. Is this right? Can I remove this setting to allow anyone to be able to ‘like’ share, comment etc?
  I have gotten comments (I had to approve them), follows and likes but I’m not sure if these people already had a wp account.

  1) About likes, yes users need WordPress account to be able to like, Here is the support document explaining it

  2)Sharing on Social media is not restricted to WordPress.com account, anyone can share your Posts and Pages, on Facebook, twitter, and other sharing social media.

  3) Comments any users can comment, you don’t need WordPress.com they can fill out thier name and email and put in a comment, you can learn more about it here Comments

  4) For following, again you don’t need WordPress.com account, also there are ways to have you followers, using Follow Blog Widget and Blog Subscription Shortcode, here is a support document to help you with it Subscriptions
