free business plan trial

Hello I had inquired about and gotten an email back from your rep. that stated she would extend my trial ‘another 3 months’, no problem. So that would make 4 months free total.
The problem being is that now I am trying to switch my account trial from the beginner free plan to the business plan and your system will not let me do such.
So what I need is one of you reps. to convert my trial to the business plan first, then make sure that I am on board then for 4 months free. Anything that I have tried saving on my site thus far also will not ‘save’ which I think is odd. And the final thing is that you rep. was going to map my Google domain through you permanently at no charge. So I need that done as well. The domeain that I own is:
