  Hi,
  Is it possible to get a free trial of the business wordpress? I’d really like to have a proper go of the ‘Venture’ template to determine whether it is right for my needs or not?

  There is no trial on Business plan. However, I suggest you write to support [at] wordpress [dot] com and request one of the awesome WordPress.com Happiness Engineers to add it for you. They will most likely help you.

  They are not called Happiness Engineers for nothing :)
