    Am I able to do a free trial for Commerce? I believe I need the Commerce plan (since we want a Klaviyo integration).

    Thanks, can I not install plugins with a premium plan? 

    You cannot. Only the Business and Commerce Plans allow plugin installations.

    in addition to my question re: installing plugins with a premium plan, with a business plan won’t I still need WooCommerce for a Klaviyo integration?

    No, you don’t need that option. The business plan will allow you to integrate with the WooCommerce plugin.

    The benefit of the ecommerce plan is that if you know you’re going to need the Woo extensions included with that plan, then you’re saving money. If you use the business plan you would still be paying for those separately.

    The plans can be changed at any point in time to fit your needs. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Ok thanks, do I need a commerce plan if I’m selling a service (where you can select to pay monthly or yearly, and can also add-on training services for an additional cost), or can I use a business? And what are the woo extensions included with the commerce plan (that I’d have to pay additionally for with a business plan but that come included with commerce)?

    No, you can do that with the Business Plan and WooCommerce installed on it. It would require you to purchase an extension so that you could have subscriptions. WooCommerce Subscriptions is the one that we recommend, and the cost would be in addition to the Business Plan cost.

    With the Commerce plan, the paid Subscriptions extension is included. You can view the extensions included in the Commerce plan in this What’s included section of our support page.

    Since the Subscriptions extension is $239/year, adding that to a Business Plan site would have your cost at basically the same cost of the Commerce plan (300 + 239 = 539 vs 540 for Commerce).
