  How do I add a free contact form on my free site? I seem to have a ‘page’ with a contact form but I’m not sure people can see it. I tested it and I’m not sure it works.

  You can add a contact form on any page or post using Form Block on your free site. You can customize your forms having different types of fields like drop-down box or checkbox.
