Free Domain Claim Issues / Refund Request

    Hi,

    I’m having some issues claiming the free first year of my chosen domain. I bought the domain first and the plan second, so I was charged 19$ for the domain AND 48$ for the plan, instead of getting the domain free for this year. It offers a second domain for free, but I have no use for a second one. Is there any way I can be refunded for the first 19$ to get the domain free for this year, or to have 19$ credited to my account so that I am not charged next year?

    I have issued a refund in the amount of $19 for your domain purchase. In addition to this, I have removed the free domain credit from your plan (applied that to the domain isanpineda.com).

    It can take 7-10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank; however, you can see a receipt in your billing history within a few minutes here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
