  what’s the name of free domain in business plan? can we use it as lifetime domain?

  You can select any name for your free domain as long as it’s available. It is yours as long as you renew the registration every year. The renewal fee you’ll have to pay after the first free year will depend on the domain.   Hi there!

  Just to add to what has been said already, once you add plugins or custom themes to your site, it will undergo a series of changes and one of them is an address change. You’ll notice that the .wordpress.com subdomain will change into wpcomstaging.com. It will of course only be visible to you if you use a custom domain as your primary address:
