free domain in Premium package?

    Hi Kamila,

    From my denovojersey.com website email should be forwarding to (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of my email.

    The custom email address you have setup for info at your domain is forwarding to the address you mention as shown here:

    Just click “Edit Domain” and then “Email” from that link above. Are the emails not getting delivered?

    Also would like to set up ‘send and receive account’ for (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff), but won’t let me.

    I think there might be a bit of confusion with the Email Forwarding. Email Forwarding does not create a new email inbox for you at your custom address. It just forwards emails sent to that address to an address you already own.

    If you would like a separate inbox altogether, you’ll need to setup a third-party email as explained here:

    Through the email forwarding options, you should be able to set an alias for your normal email. Basically, you’ll still use your normal email settings, but instead of the email coming from your hotmail address, it will look like it came from your custom address. Does that make sense?
