  I am transferring a site from wordpress.org to wordpress.com, but I would like to use another domain name

  Hi there,

  With your WordPress.com account, you have a free blog address (a custom domain comes included in the first year of a paid plan). You can change your blog address by going to WordPress.com dashboard, and clicking Mange > Domains, clicking the blog you want to update, and then under Change Site Address, add the new address in the field.
