free domain transfer of web-page

According to Name.com (domain user location) that a one (1) page web-page thru ‘wordpress.com’ can be transfered to other user (Name.com) Can not find any info/data on this, other then purchasing an up-grade! What’s up? The below ‘changing your jprimary domain’ was of no help either.

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. To use the process to transfer the blog(s) of your choice to another username account read the following guides:

I don’t want a blog. I just want a web page like the zen pages that were formerly available from Name.com.
Name.com tells meI can get such a page from you.
I have tried to put such a page together but it iis NOT a blog.
It was never intended to be a blog. HOW DO I GET THIS TO BE A ZEN PAGE? Please advise asap.

WHen I first used name.com about 6 years ago and once again a couple more years later, there was a “Free zen page” (web page) that came with the domain. It was easy to create a web page with pics and text etc which then was on the web as a URL.
When I wanted to get a new domain from Name.com I found they no
onger have a “free” zen page, I had to “buy” a web page which I did. Name.com told me I could create my web page by going to wordpress which I did………………except that I am unable to create the page. I am signed up with Word Press and I have designed a page (not quite finished). Name.com tells me that once I have created the page on Word Press that I can transfer it to Name.com, no charge. At wordpress I get all this blog stuff which I do not want nor need. Here is the text for my web page…..which has a picture of the US Capitol building at the top. I want to know HOW i get a web page with JUST THIS (no other social media or reply input on the page) from word press and how I can transfer it to Name.com. Any help would be appreciated. I am COMPLETELY computer challenged (I do emails and searches) and I am a senior citizen (83 years old). I was able to set up my zen page on Name.com but WOrd Press is beyond me. I DO NOT WANT A BLOG!. My earlier Name.com zen page is a web page….and I have used it successfully for about 6 years. URL is http://www.gotellitonateeshirt.com URL for this page will be www. make-dc-listen.com which at the moment comes up as “under construction”
