Free domain with personal plan

    On March 31st, I upgraded and paid for the ‘personal plan’ which gives me ‘free domain for one year’. However, my domain renewal auto-payment is scheduled for April 9, 2021. I want to make sure that I do not get charged for the renewal as it should come with my new plan.
    Please clarify!

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    The free for the first year domain perk applies when a domain is newly registered.

    I can see that this domain was first registered some years ago, prior to the personal plan being purchased.

    This means the domain and the plan would be separate purchases.
