  Hi when I try to upgrade my premium plan their I sa freed domin i will get and now I try to get my free domin it ask me to pay more, what is this?

  The free domain offer is only valid with any paid annual subscription plan, and it’s valid for the first year only — with any next year, the domain will have to be renewed regularly, like any other purchase (according to the prices listed here).

  I noticed that you subscribed to a Premium plan, claimed your free domain, and recently canceled both (with a refund).

  ⚠️ If you’d like to keep the domain, I suggest letting us know as soon as possible, so we can restore it. Remember that subscribing to any paid plan is needed before you can use your domain with your WordPress.com site as a primary site address.

  On the other hand, if you’d rather use your domain with another hosting provider (without a paid plan), we can restore it as well, but a manual payment will be needed to cover the registration costs.
