Free? Famously free! So why $17? How can I do it without paying $17?

  Since this is free, I do not want to pay $17 for officially registering. Two suggestions: how about I register but unofficially? Or how about I use a blog address, nut not an address that needs $17 to be paid. So far I like you and a friend that is knowledgeable if glad I am here, and some other people, those at my city’s library, are glad that I’m here and actually recommended this and loaned me WordPress for Dummies. The writer of WordPress for Dummies never said that it cost &17. The writer of WordPress for Dummies pretty much said it is free. And, importantly, you say it is free. So: free yet $17? Not logical.
