  I am a high school golf coach and am looking to set up a website for my players and parents. I’ve noticed that most domains are free for one year. I’m hoping to have to set up a domain just for communication purposes. Are there any options to keep the domain for free?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  A custom domain is free for the first year with an annual Pro plan. But you can have a completely free site with a subdomain address ending in .wordpress.com forever.
