Free for the first year, when do I pay?

  I have been told the first year is free but I seem to be getting charged the £84 annual subscription now in the setup. Will I be paying now so that my next payment isn’t until 2022?

  You are reading things wrong. A custom domain is included free for the first year when you purchase a Personal plan or higher.
