Free form builder with file upload option

  Hi,
  I am running my school’s website during the closure and I need to create a simple enrollment form for new students with the option to upload files – such as a birth cert or photo. Are there any options people would recommend? I don’t want to spend money on it if I can as hopefully this is a one time occurrence and we’ll be back to normal next year.
