  Hi there,

  To do something like that you’ll need to use a contact form to capture their details, so you can send them their gift.

  But we don’t have any details about people who subscribe to your site except for their email address, and we only reveal the email to you in the case of email-only subscribers. For people who subscribe to your site using their WordPress.com accounts we only reveal their username.
