  Hi, I recently made a website for myself and I was able to launch it without any cost.
  I’m now making a new website with a new email account and I can’t launch the site without it taking me to the fees and plans page. Can I no longer launch my new site for free?

  Hi there, when you click your “Launch” button, leave the top line empty on the next page where it says “Give your site an address” and look toward the bottom of the page. You should see the free WPcom site address you selected at site creation with a link to “skip purchases” on the right side. Click that and then keep selecting the free site options to launch your site.

  Alternatively in your site’s MySites>Manage>Settings>General you should also be able to click the Launch button from there.

  Thanks! I’been searching for the answer to this for an hour. Leaving the top line empty finally worked.
