Free or Cheap Photo Contest Plugin?

  I have been searching for a free or cheap plugin to host a photo contest on my site.

  I have the newest version of WordPress 4.5 Installed.

  So far I have only found the following three options.. I’m just being thorough to investigate all my options, to make sure there isn’t something chapter and just as good out there. (looks good, works good, easy to set up and use)…? Any suggestions?

  I’ll leave the tree options I am aware of below, so you can compare and see if you know of a better option, Also any advice you have about these plugins.. which is the best, which to avoid, is greatly appreciated.
