  How can people make use of the Free Photo Library when not having the modern gadgets as smartphones or not using a Android or IOS system to write articles.

  We use a Windows laptop, but would also be interested in using some free photographic material.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, from wordpress.com/post, click the plus sign to add media, then pick the photo library option. If that isn’t working for you, can you let us know what you see?
