free plugin using which any user can create a project & invite other users

  We are building a social network on buddypress. need to add functionality where any user can create a project and invite other users to be part of this project. So, need a free plugin that allow any users to have this functionality instead of only admin having access to add projects. Problem is all plugins that we have searched for only allow admin to add projects.
