free plugins is not free?

    how do i get a free plugin, it still tells me that i have to have premium, but a lot of people do it for free as possible?

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We are not the same thing as the open source WordPress software, which is made by the community on WordPress.org, and we do not offer any plugins here.

    The most common place to find plugins for WordPress is the WordPress.org plugin directory at https://wordpress.org/plugins/, though there exist many more free and premium plugins elsewhere on the web.

    Using plugins on a site hosted on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan. The plan only gives you the ability to install plugins; it does not include the cost of any premium plugin sold by other website.
