Free price plan difficulties.

Hi there, I started my new blog a few days ago, and was wondering is there a way I can get ads for free (free plugin) on my blog? Is there a way I can control what ads viewers see on my blog, since I am on a free price plan? I really don’t know how everything works, so excuse me if the question is a bit confusing.

Your question is fine. If you have a question, others probably have the same question too.
You have no control over the advertising that display on a site with the Free plan. To add a plugin to a site hosted on WordPress.com, you need to upgrade the site to the Business plan or eCommerce plan. Those paid plans also offer ways of monetizing a site with advertising through WordAds.
With WordAds, you still don’t control which ads display to viewers, so you might still prefer to use a plugin that can help you do that.
