  Hello
  My business partner who used to manage the website has resigned and her bank card which was used to make payments has been withdrawn.
  When I try and log onto our website this is the message I get. How do I reactivate the site? Many thanks

  ‘free range urban kids’ is not available at the domain freerangeurbankids.com right now. The mapping for this domain expired, and it has to be renewed.

  We already notified this site’s owners. We want to make sure they got the message.

  If you know this site’s owners, please get in touch and remind them to renew.

  Do you have the correct login information for the site? Once logged in, you should be able to renew the mapping subscription and update the credit card details:
