  Hello!
  I’m 16 years old studying in class 10th I want to do seo for my free domain website so for this seo I’m looking for free seo plugin because it’s not my official website I’m just learning seo and web development so please help me to provide free seo plugin..

  To use a SEO plugin, even if it’s a free one, you need a hosting plan for your site. On WordPress.com, that would mean the Creator Plan, which will allow you to install external plugins and themes. You can purchase it from https://wordpress.com/plans/free80677.wordpress.com.

  That said, you will be happy to know that even WordPress.com free sites like yours already include a lot of optimizations for search engines right out of the bat.
