free shipping blocks additional shipping options

  Hi, I use free shipping on a client’s site on woocommerece when they make purchases over x amount. This is for standard fedex smart post. But what I find is that when qualify for free shipping it also takes away the option to pay for expedited like over night or 2 day. is there a way to show what shipping is free but still allow the user to upgrade to pay for faster shipping.
