Free site not free

  Hi, I want to try out wordpress free with the free account for 1 year but it keeps saying I need to pay $19 for the free account. If I try it out and I like it I’ll keep it but how can I build a site without paying $19?

  You already have a free site at https://joloreviewscom.wordpress.com.

  You can start working on your site and not worry about the domain you have added to your cart (you can go to your cart and remove the domain if you don’t want to purchase anything yet). But your free site is ready, and you can start working on it.
